  • Can anyone else read my labels?
    No, your information is secure. Your account and QR label are protected, ensuring no one can access your contents without your permission.
  • If I lose my phone, will I lose my boxes list?
    No need to worry! All your data is securely backed up to the cloud. Simply install the app on your new device and log in to access your information.
  • Can I reuse a QR code once the container is empty?​
    Yes, after adding items to a label you can delete them at any time or add new items through the Dashboard. The adhesive is permanent, so once you stick the label on a container it can't be moved to another container.
  • Are the stickers waterproof?
    ​SmartStorage Labels stickers are water and moisture proof and printed in the UK
  • How is the data backed up so I don't lose the information?
    All of your data will be stored securely in the cloud. Our servers adhere to the highest standards for security and privacy so your data is safe.
  • Can it be downloaded in PDF as a backup?
    If you are on the Essentials plan or higher you can export a PDF of your labels and items to your email on file. With the Professional plan you can export a CSV/Spreadsheet file as well.
  • How do I delete my account?
    On your main labels screen tap the "Account" link at the top right of your screen. Scroll down to the bottom and tap "Delete Account."
